Ms. Albatoul Alhodaibi, Executive Director of GGC, has been elected as the Vice President of the National Committee for Consulting Professions.
The election took place across various regions of the Kingdom on August 22, 2024, where Ms. Alhodaibi secured the majority of votes from representatives of the consulting profession sector from all over the Kingdom, affirming her role in representing the consulting sector.
The National Committee for Consulting Professions is responsible for developing and regulating the profession, enhancing its efficiency, and fostering cooperation with both public and private sectors to improve professional and operational performance, as well as raising the quality of outputs. The committee’s tasks include representing the consulting sector before relevant government entities, setting professional standards, and contributing to the development of legislation and policies that benefit the sector on a national level.
Ms. Alhodaibi’s election and her securing of the majority of votes is a testament to her prominent and tangible contributions to the consulting field. Her leadership, deep expertise, and extensive experience have been instrumental in the growth and development of the sector. Furthermore, this appointment highlights the increasing role of women in leadership positions within the Kingdom, in line with national efforts to promote women's empowerment across various sectors.
